AVON – This company has been empowering women for 130 years! They have 3 kit choices, starting at $25 and with their new KickStart program, you could earn more than $1,000 in 90 days. Mary Kay – Mary Kay is a well-known company that started in 1963 and offers high commission earnings of 50% on personal sales. Your startup costs are around $100 and it’s a good idea to put back some of your earnings into keeping stock of popular products so you have it on hand. Mary Kay has numerous bonus opportunities and of course, there’s the highly coveted pink Cadillac.

BeautiControl – This company was founded in 1981 and are best known for their spa products, but have a great skin care and makeup line as well. Startup costs are $140 and consultants earn a 40% commission + rewards that include travel, cars and more.

Arbonne – This company is best known for their anti-aging line and the fact they use natural ingredients. The cost for a startup kit is $79 + you receive 35% commission on personal sales and 15% on Preferred Client sales. They also have other incentives which include their Mercedes-Benz cash bonus, jewelry, and trips.


BeautyCounter – This is a very new company, founded in 2013. The company is centered on the idea that consumers deserve to know about the ingredients in their beauty products, so they offer products that have safe ingredients with no harmful chemicals. The enrollment kit cost $85 + there are product starter sets you can purchase. You can make up to 35% commission on products you sell + override commissions on your downline. Jamberry – If nails are your thing, then this might be just the business opportunity for you! Your ‘Business In a Box’ to get started is $99 and includes everything you need. Consultants earn a minimum 30% commission, free marketing and business supplies, product credit, and the possibility of traveling to incredible destinations. They clearly lay out their compensation plan if you’re interested.


Perfectly Posh – Would you love to get paid to help people pamper themselves? Perfect. You can get started for only $99 with their Shea That You Love Me Kit (see what they did there?) which includes some of their customers’ favorite products + important business essentials to get you started on the right foot. The company also offers free business training via their Prep Academy. Consultants get paid weekly and earn 20% – 31% on personal sales and 2% – 6% on downline.

Nerium – This company was founded in 2011 and has seen incredible success and growth. They are best known for their anti-aging products which have proven results. Consultants can get started for only $99 and earn 10% to 25% commission on personal sales + coaching commissions when you sponsor someone to join your team. There’s also a Lexus car bonus, travel opportunities, and cash bonuses.

Rodan + Fields – If you have a skincare need, Rodan + Fields has a product that can help. From acne and anti-aging to uneven skin tone and dryness, they have quality products that come in an easy-to-follow system. The company was founded in 2008. There’s a basic startup cost of $45, plus kits to choose from which range in price from $395 and up. Consultants earn 31% on personal sales + 15% commission on downline sales. Tyra – Started by the Tyra Banks, consultants are called Beautytainers and the business is all about saying bye-bye to the 9-5 and hello to being your own boss. The business is new, starting in just 2014 with only a little over 1,000 consultants nationwide. To get started, their Biz in a Box cost $89 and Beautytainers receive a 25% discount on all products, which they can then make a 25% profit on product sold through parties. You can also earn an additional commission based on your volume of sales and team sales.

Younique – This direct sales company was launched in 2012 and encourage women to find what makes them Younique! Presenters can get started with a Presenter’s Kit for $99 and earn personal sales commissions of up to 25%.

willa – This is a brand new company in pre-launch mode who just joined the Origami Owl family of brands. (Thank you to Candy who shared this company with me!) They’re looking for both mother/daughter teams and women who want be a part of a ground floor opportunity. To get started your Business Kit is only $99, which includes over $197 worth of product and marketing/training material.
