A Functional, Yet Stylish Bogs Boots Outfit

Here in Texas, the predictions were we’d have an abnormally wet fall and so far, those predictions are spot on. It has rained and rained, with more…you guessed it, rain in the forecast. When we lived in Colorado, I was trudging through snow this time of year and dressing accordingly. So how does one dress for rain and do it stylishly?
