I think I’ve probably mentioned it here a gazillion times or two, but I don’t like to wear shorts. My legs aren’t exactly my best asset and a lot of the times shorts are just down right uncomfortable to me. But there are days, times and places where shorts are a must. I also like to mix things up in the summer and wear a cute pair of shorts. I’m always in dresses, skirts and lightweight denim like my white jeans.
My daughter and I went to a day long blogging conference in Grapevine, Texas recently and we did some shopping while we we there. I’m not one to shop for myself at PacSun because I’m not exactly their target audience – my kids are. But when I saw these two cardigans at their outlet store on their buy one get three free sale rack (not joking!), I knew I had to snatch them up. I bought two, in different colors and since they’re lightweight, I’ve gotten so much use out of them already.
I love wearing a long cardigan with shorts. It adds such a pretty element to a basic pair of denim shorts and dresses it up.
